Join us for a delightful early evening in the courtyard as we explore some of our favourite Italian fare. Start with a Spritz and then explore the finest charcuterie we can find paired with the perfect wine or sherry. It will be a little bit of Northern Italy in the middle of town.

Inspired by the Mexican fare we found on our visits to Downtown Los Angeles and our favourite bar in New York City, enjoy a Mexican inspired feast, tacos, a Margarita, Lucy Margaux Pet Nat and Mariachi music on the speakers.

We will have our marquee in the courtyard, flipping burgers of beautiful beef from Rosewood Farm, Kangaroo Valley. You haven’t lived till you have tried our prize winning cheeseburger. You’ll want a second one. Enjoy sensational local Beers and some of our favourite minimal intervention wines by the glass or bottle. Low key and high brow, it’s how we roll on a Cheeseburger pop up. We are wedding caterers so we have our favourite canapés we’d like to share with you served with glorious Italian Prosecco. We will explain each of the canapés and dive into Prosecco and its origins.

Just enjoy the canapés for an hour or so and then head home relaxed, nourished and ready for Netflix or stay on for a Chef’s Table to follow. Limited numbers and a seasonal menu.

Guest smoker John Kane; since the early 80’s John has visited the US regularly, and made a point of exploring every back road and side road to find the authentic American smoke houses. He has also played a fair bit of bluegrass along the way.

Join us for smoked beef brisket and some serious sides; slaw, mac and cheese and potato salad. Music exclusively from the Appalachia.
